Synopsis:
Avraham, a factory worker in his early fifties, leads a dull life in a working-class neighborhood, estranged from his daughter and his wife. One night, he wakes up with crushing pain in his chest that causes him to feel his impending mortality.
With death on his doorstep, Avraham finds out about a new cemetery being built in his town. The first person buried there will receive a free grave plot and the honor of becoming the cemetery's titular saint.
The embrace of death illuminates Avraham's eyes and brings color into his gloomy and grayish life. A realistic tragedy about love, life and missed opportunities.
