Synopsis:

Micki, a perfectionistic and ambitious film student, received an assignment—to create a documentary film for school. Determined to create an original and moving piece, she decides to draw on her own life, and document the first time she meets her real father.

She recruits the help of her boyfriend and best friend—who seem to know better than she does that this may not be as simple as she thinks.
